In the summer that’s about to end, a new upstart airline called Iceland Express enjoyed a sky-high use of its seats on flights between New York City and London. Result was that 95% of its seats were filled with ultra-cost-conscious travelers, even though its flights required a stop in Reykjavik, Iceland, on the way.
